- The reduced delivery pricing applies to all merchants on the biteME platform.
- Delivery fee discounts do not apply to menu prices or other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
- This offer is valid exclusively for orders placed through the biteME app.
- biteME reserves the right to monitor transactions and revoke the offer in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation, or abuse.
- This promotion may be modified, suspended, or terminated at biteME’s sole discretion without prior notice.
For any promotional offer involving reimbursement or credit toward a meal based on external price comparisons:
- The total credited amount is capped at 10 JOD.
- Such credits are limited to one-time use per user.
- All claims are subject to review, and biteME reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet verification standards.
Comparison Clarification:
The price comparison for the free meal promotion is made between biteME’s standard pricing and the standard, non-premium versions of competing food ordering apps. Comparisons will not be considered for any paid subscriptions or services from other apps that offer additional benefits such as free delivery, reduced prices, or other discounts.
Inflated Total Prevention:
To ensure the comparison is valid, the claimed lower price must be for the same core item on both platforms (e.g., a meal) and not an add-on or extra item (e.g., a drink or side). Adding extra items to artificially inflate the total is not permitted.

الشروط العامة:
- يتم تطبيق خصومات التوصيل تلقائيًا عند إتمام الطلب – لا حاجة لإدخال رمز ترويجي.
- الأسعار المخفّضة للتوصيل تشمل جميع المطاعم والمتاجر على منصة biteME.
- الخصومات لا تشمل أسعار الوجبات أو العروض الترويجية الأخرى، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك بشكل واضح.
- هذا العرض ساري فقط للطلبات التي تتم عبر تطبيق biteME.
- تحتفظ biteME بحق مراقبة العمليات وإلغاء العرض في حال وجود أي شبهات بالتلاعب أو الاستخدام المسيء أو الاحتيال.
- تحتفظ biteME بحق تعديل أو تعليق أو إنهاء هذا العرض في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق.
في حال وجود عرض ترويجي يتضمن تعويضًا أو رصيدًا مقابل فرق سعر مقارنة بمنصة أخرى:
- الحد الأقصى للمبلغ الذي يمكن استرداده هو 10 دنانير أردني.
- يمكن الاستفادة من التعويض مرة واحدة فقط لكل مستخدم.
- جميع المطالبات تخضع للمراجعة، وتحتفظ biteME بحق رفض أي طلبات لا تستوفي معايير التحقق.
توضيح المقارنة:
- تتم مقارنة الأسعار الخاصة بعرض “الوجبة علينا” بين أسعار biteME العادية وأسعار التطبيقات المنافسة بدون اشتراكات أو خدمات مدفوعة مثل التوصيل المجاني أو التخفيضات الخاصة.
- لن يتم احتساب المقارنات مع خدمات اشتراك مدفوعة تقدم مزايا إضافية.
منع التضخيم الاصطناعي للإجمالي:
- لضمان دقة المقارنة، يجب أن يكون العنصر الأساسي هو نفسه على كلا التطبيقين (مثل الوجبة)، ولن يتم احتساب العناصر الإضافية (مثل المشروبات أو المقبلات) ضمن المقارنة.
- لا يُسمح بإضافة عناصر إضافية بهدف رفع المجموع بشكل غير عادل.
